It has been ages since I post or even visited this site. It is kinda sad because the people I browse through have not posted in 100-190 weeks. LiveJournal is celebrating 10 years, but how long will it last? :-(

Tomorrow I find out if I will be dropping my math course. I know I did not do well on the exam.
I cannot concentrate long enough to listen in class and understand things. After I've done my homework problems, I don't remember how I did them. An old saying comes to mind, "in one ear and out the other." That's what it's like...very frustrating.
It doesn't help any that I went the first month of class without a book. The first person I bought a book from took my money (I was just refunded this week from half.com). The second seller waited 10 days before they even sent the book. I just hope I can reuse the book when I retake the course.

Some desire to speak concisely and cleverly and for the most part pull it off successfully. However, there are times when one’s brain is quite determined to malfunction!
It is in these trying times that we depend on some good ‘ole standby words to lighten up the conversation and get us through our stumbling, bumbling, and jumbling sentences.

I am alive :-) I just have not posted here in 9 weeks??? wow! Read the Emily Dickenson poem "I am alive - I guess." It is quite intriguing!

What's going on?
I am in a musical, "ANNIE." That will keep me busy for the next 6 weeks.

Since I have heard of all the uproar with the new Crown, I have not been to any SCA events. I'm not certain if I will attend any events until the next crowning. There seems to be an abuse of power. Makes me think there is some scandal involving a rapier person and someone else...hehe
Also, what's the point in going to balls and not dancing? I hate begging for partners. It would have been very unbecoming for a woman of that time.

To my friend I have neglected, I apologize. It was not my intention to do so at all!
